It is a small area, but the location is great! The unit rents for $995/month plus electric. There is laundry on site and a storage locker included. Off street parking is also included in the rent. Initial Lease term is one year. We renew annually on a month to month lease after the 1st year. Owner pays heat, hot water and trash-recycling. Resident is responsible for their electric bill. One off street parking space is included in the rental amount.
