In search of 30-something female roommate to share a cute Old Town home. Amazing location close to City Park, Little, Beavers Market and a quick ride to downtown and CSU. The neighbors are all wonderful, this is a really great community. I've lived here for 2 years and have no plans to leave anytime soon. I'm an early 30's female, I'll be going back to school starting in January so I'll be studying a lot. I'm a laid-back and quiet person at home. During my free time I love to ski, hike, bike, make art, and be with my dogs. I enjoy a glass of wine or a beer at night but not much more than that normally. I'm clean, especially in shared spaces. If I have any mess it'll be confined to my room and I'd like someone who is the same. I like to cook and am always happy to share a meal or make something together! I have two dogs they are both mutts - probably lab/pit mixes. They love to snuggle and are pretty low energy chillers most of the time. They really love each other and spend a lot of time playing and cuddling. Ideally you are someone who loves dogs and is happy to give them love and get a lot of love back. They'll be here when I'm at work and school and will desperately want to hang with you while I'm gone. Your space is a basement room, attached private living room and your own bathroom. The basement stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer it's pretty fantastic. We would share the kitchen, laundry room and storage room. There's a big fenced yard with a garden bed and parking behind the house. It's really important to me to find the right person, I want both of us to feel totally comfortable in the house. I fully expect the Landlord to offer to resign for another year at that point.
