We will be home until mid September and then be around very often until May. We travel and work out of state. We are open to renting to a couple for $1275 including utilities. The property features an outdoor shower, hot tub, garden, Moon board climbing wall, and is located right next to a park. There is also plenty of storage space in the garage and basement, along with ample off-street parking. The bedroom is currently furnished, but we can remove the furnishings if needed. We kindly request that the tenant water the plants and feed our stray cats, whom we have been caring for (though they are not approachable). We also have an automatic feeder as well.
