Great single family home. Almost the entire interior is brand new. We've painted everything and replaced most everything as well. The shingles on the roof are very pliable. I've resealed and replaced any faulty shingles. Neighborhood Description Great neighborhood. Many middle to upper middle class families. We feel safe here. There is a beautiful lake located directly behind our house about 1 block. Not too much traffic.
