In the last 5 years the A/C has been replaced, roof replaced, new refrigerator, new stove. This home has to be moved from its current location to wherever you want to call home. It has been well maintained throughout the years. There is an outbuilding also for sale 16 x 24 with electricity, work benches, 4 x 8 worktable, and plenty of shelves for an additional 6000. It is hard to find a home in this good of condition for 15,000. Seller is moving out of state to be by their children.
