Winter Caretaker Duties: Clear snow off decks and stairs of three cabins, turn on generator when electricity goes out, keep grounds tidy, light maintenance as needed, occasional contact with villa vacation guests. Summer Caretaker Duties: Weekly lawn maintenance, keep grounds tidy (including firepit/dock area), light maintenance as needed, regular contact with villa vacation guests. 12 month lease, available June. Also, there will be opportunities to earn income by cleaning the villa between vacationers ($75 each cleaning as our backup cleaner) and, possibly, doing odd jobs around the property. We are looking at candidates who are employed or have a verifiable income stream. Caretaker duties are minimal, and take an average of about 8-10 hours per month. Our villa vacationers use a lockbox to access the villa, so it is not necessary to be present for checkin or checkout.
