It has updated windows throughout along with granite counter tops in the bathrooms. LED and CFL bulbs throughout as well to help with the electric bill. It has manufactured hardwood floors in the common areas and bedrooms. It has an attached one car garage. It has a large deck out back that overlooks a pond. The pond has some small fish in it.There is a fire pit out back as well. The house will be professionally cleaned once the old tenants move out. There is no washer/dryer currently but can be included for an additional fee. The house is in an HOA so upkeep is a must. They are quick to fine for garbage and poor maintenance. The HOA is included in the rent and covers the community pools, fishing ponds, parks, and basketball courts. There will be a background check and credit check for all applications paid for by the prospective tenant. A minimum of a one year lease will be signed upon move in. The house will require a security deposit of one months rent upon move in. This can be broken up over the first three months if necessary. Dogs/Cats are ok. Please call, text, or email if interested.
