Living Room: Step into a bright and welcoming living area designed for comfort and connection. The living room features seating for up to six guests, dimmable lights and a cozy electric fireplace. Kitchen: Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for whatever you're cooking up morning coffee, a family meal, or a backyard BBQ. It includes an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, baking sheets, pots and pans, microwave and dishware for both indoor and outdoor dining. A variety of coffee-making options and kid-friendly dishware make it easy to settle in and feel at home. Bedrooms (3 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed): All three bedrooms are designed with rest and comfort in mind. Each room features blackout curtains and newly added blinds (not shown in photos) to help keep the space dark for a more restful sleep. You'll also find ceiling fans, dimmable lighting, dressers, and laundry hampers in every room for added convenience. Every bed is fully outfitted with high-quality cotton sheets, blankets, comforters, and a variety of pillow options to suit different sleep preferences. Bedding protectors are also included on all mattresses and pillows for added cleanliness and peace of mind. The primary bedroom offers a medium plush mattress and includes a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms are equipped with firm mattresses ideal for guests who prefer better spinal alignment, reduced back pain, and improved circulation especially great for side sleepers. Bathrooms (2 Full): The home features two full bathrooms, providing added convenience. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower, while the other offers a bathtub for a relaxing soak. For added comfort during colder months, each bathroom is equipped with a heat lamp to keep you warm during your shower routine. To make your stay even easier (and your packing lighter), we provide towels for your use, including bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and makeup remover towels. All other areas will be available. **Utilities Included: Water/sewer, electricity (Pacific Power), internet, garbage, recycling, and front of home mow/blow only are all included in the $3,700 monthly rent. Utilities are subject to reasonable usage limits: -Electricity (Pacific Power): Included up to $150/month -Water/Sewer: Included up to $150/month -Garbage & Recycling: Included with the expectation that all garbage and recycling are properly sorted and disposed of.
