Utilities The Tenant is responsible for the payment of all electricity and internet services used at the property during the lease term. Late Rent Payment Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. A late fee of one hundred dollars ($100) will be charged for each week that rent remains unpaid after the due date. Maintenance and Repairs The Tenant must report any necessary repairs or damages to the Landlord within forty-eight (48) hours of discovery.
