The Cottage is a unique property. It is private with its own deck. Parking is directly in front of the Cottage. The Cottage has been freshly painted, and is in pristine condition. The Cottage does not have any running water. The bathroom is in the basement of the main house approximately 10 steps from the front of the Cottage. The bathroom has been newly renovated. For the convenience of our guests, we have installed a composting toilet in the Cottage. The Cottage location is ideal, walking distance to Bailey's Beach, the Bellevue Mansions, and the Cliff Walk. The Cottage is available by the month starting in May 1, 2025. The Cottage is rented for the summer of 2025, and is available in the fall as of 9/8/25. The Cottage is furnished. Rental is monthly (by the month) starting 5/1/25- 6/30/25 as well as after 9/7/25. Owner pays for all utilities including cable TV and high speed wifi. There is no running water in the Cottage. There is a newly remodeled bathroom across the driveway in the basement of the main house. For the convenience of the guests, I have installed a composting toilet in the Cottage.
