We used to live in the house with our downstairs tenants. We have recently moved to another neighborhood for work and are looking to rent out the space we used to occupy. The downstairs space is currently occupied by a newly wed couple. They have a private entrance through the back so you won't have a whole lot of face time with them. Both are working professionals and were living with us for 2 years before we moved out. They are quiet and were fabulous housemates. What we are looking for in our new tenant(s): We are looking for a quiet individual, couple, or family who also keep professional/student hours and will respect their living space, clean up after themselves, non-smoking (including recreation drugs, electronic cigarettes), no heavy drinking, drama free, and pay rent on time. Sorry no pets, allowed. About the space: It's an abundant size space; about 1,300 sq ft. The upstairs portion of the house is about 1,300 square feet. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Please note that you will need to walk up a flight of stairs on a daily basis to access the house. Credit report must be no more than 6 months old) Last three month's pay stubs (Your monthly take-home combined income must be at least two times the monthly rent.)
