Man, I really like this apartment. The bedrooms are both pretty good sized with windows and closets. They're at opposite ends of the apartment so you'll have privacy. Good sized living area big enough for couches, tv, coffee table and a little extra space. Super cool neighborhood on the Williamsburg side of Flushing. Short walk to the Morgan L Train or Jefferson L Train. TONS of restaurants, music venues, bars and coffee shops in the immediate area. Just 1st and security to move in - no broker fee and no last months required :) I have an identical apartment downstairs for $2,500 that comes with a private backyard :) The one for $2,400 does not.
