Completely renovated and spacious. Access to a large Ocean spray hot tub and large screen TV in private back yard and full access to wood burning stone fire pit. All utilities including; wi-fi, heat, electric, water etc. is included in the the monthly rent of $2,295. Cats and small well trained dog are welcomed and there is no smoking allowed on property. Monthly rent is firm as this is a very sought after and desirable location. Yard is kept immaculate and we maintain a healthy vegetable garden each year to which our tenants are welcomed to enjoy as well.
