there are 4 bedrooms.. One is mine and I need 3 people to come on board and rent the other 3 rooms in order to move into the house.. men or woman,, doesn't matter..Bills will be paid from a portion of what we pay in rent and there at least a 6 month lease to term. the house is really close to downtown Ypsilanti.. Big back yard , screened in porch on the back and it's a nice area to live... close to campus..We share the House .. we keep it clean.. and we enjoy it's comforts while we make our home if only for 6 months.. so if you want to be 1 of the Four give me a call and claim what could be your next home.
