Tenant pays all utilities: sewer/water, trash, power, etc. The city requires water/sewer to be billed through us, the property owner, and we've found this averages $80 per month. The solution we've done in the past is to charge $2030 per month, which includes water/sewer. Tenants are able to put trash, power and internet in their own names.
