Less than 10 minute walk to SOHO and Westfield/Brookfield shopping and dining. The rent is $3,500/month but we're willing to take $3,300 from a subletter! IF INTERESTED, the lease will be reassigned to you and ends May 31, 2018, but feel free to extend with building management. You must complete the reassigned lease agreement with the building.
