HOA approval is required, and tenants should allow up to 30 days for the application and interview process. 12-month lease preferred. First month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit required for move-in. Rent is $2,800/month and is due on the first day of each month. Rent will be prorated based on move-in date, if applicable. A security deposit is due within 3 days of the effective date of the lease agreement. First month's rent and last month's rent are due on or before move-in. Accepted payment methods include Zelle or Venmo. Non-emergency maintenance requests will be addressed within 24 48 business hours. Weekend requests will be handled as promptly as possible. HOA approval is required prior to occupancy.
