There is not a home or any other structure on my lot at 9508 Heron and hasn't been for about 15 years when i bought the lot and removed the let's call it an enlarged shed/house. Your listing says there's a house on it now and gives a few details eg the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. You did not get that info from the City or County as i pay taxes every year on a vacant lot. It's irritating because I've received hundreds of calls over the last several years asking if i want to sell my "house." If you would correct the info i wouldn't get so many calls i'm sure. Your photos are at least correct in that they show an unimproved lot. So, please take down everything indicating there is a house on my property. Thank you. Kelly Ryan 817.713.2838
