Cottage on 5th: This comfortable one bedroom, one bath is situated on the gateway to Jacksonville. Fully furnished - complete with equipped kitchen, shower/tub combo in the bathroom, and a queen bedroom. Spacious master closet, dining for two and, a desk area round out the 5th St Cottage. Wi-Fi and basic cable included. Washer/dryer are located in a shared space behind the unit. SHOWINGS are by video tour only to avoid disturbing our tenants. COSTS: the $300 utility fee covers all utilities, even including a streaming TV subscription, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. PETS One small dog is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). Cats not allowed. SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
