I'm 35yr old, PhD, tech professional working in a tech company. I prefer a roommate preferrably in tech, quiet, non-smoking, non-drinking, and drama free person. You have your own private restroom (private toilet and washroom, but shower is shared). Both males and females are welcome. It's for 1 person (not a couple). New interns coming to silicon valley are welcome. The place comes sofas, tables, etc. I have extra chairs in the room too. - Water and garbage fees included in rent.
