Private room for 1 person. Room comes with own restroom. The restroom is not inside the room but it is on the left side as soon as you open the bedroom door. Kitchen will be share along with fridge,stove,and microwave. There is an additional fridge outside the house for more space if needed. Close to usc, the Coliseum, science museum BMO stadium walking maybe 10-15 minutes away Room is renovated every thing is new restroom is renovate shower, toilet, tiles are all new. This is a month to month basis. The longer you stay the better. There is no washer or dryer inside the house. There are laundromats all over the area. I go to the laundromat my self. You wont be the only one going.
