The Property is part of a development-An-IDa estates, pretty much just states no trash or temporary buildings -to keep property inline for everyones values to increase. There are NO fees for this property(road maintenance) It has a private driveway ,there are meetings (which is a great way to meet your neighbors) and they have a newsletter-their road is just past the closest neighbor heading up the road I did purchase a locked mailbox from them,so whoever buys the property can have their mail secure otherwise you can use the mailbox that is there.
