The second bedroom is multi-purpose: it has a desk that faces out at the water to make a great office, the Murphy bed folds down into a queen for a guest bedroom when needed, and the washer and dryer are in the closet. Both bedrooms have blackout electronic (push button) blinds. The bathroom comes with brand new towels ready for a steamy shower with great water pressure, with yet another view of the water from the shower. The furniture in both of the bedrooms was custom built in California by Morningwood Industries. You will fall in love with the tranquil view of the water, seen from every room of the condo. Grab a glass of wine and a friend, you'll be spending all of your free time on the balcony! Fully furnished, I'll handle everything outside of the rent except for electricity; including water, sewer, garbage, internet, Netflix, and YouTubeTV (cable).
