Great community,nice neighborhood,school is very close to the house, very safe, we have a super nice water park for the summer just across the street and much more activities. One thing I always tell my renters I'm a very professional handyman so if something happens which could happen I'm 24/7 available and there's nothing you have to worry thank you and good bless you. Renter is responsable for utilities such as electricity,gas,water,trash,sewer. smoking is not allowed inside the house thank you.
