It's a large house with 3 available bedrooms with a shared full bath; there's also an opportunity here for a couple to take over the primary suite if that's a better fit. No HOA; Connexion fiber; AC/Heat; laundry in house. EV charging compatible. Large fenced yard, pet friendly including large dogs - there is one elderly resident cat who is dog friendly. Not gluten free; alcohol and 420 friendly. There are two large living rooms, one with no furniture currently if you have furniture you want to bring with. Driveway and street parking, only one resident vehicle. Full kitchen with small dining room There's also a well equipped home gym that is available for use. Within very easy walking distance of CSU Veterinary hospital, and easy bus transport to CSU proper. Open immediately. I work from home so am available for during the day pet needs as well. Very very progressive; not religious, don't mind if you are as long as you don't try to convert me :) No smoking inside, large yard with patio. Non-smoker live-in landlord. No incense burning please; candles ok if supervised. Happy to acommodate 6 month lease or longer. I like to keep the place reasonably clean, and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene. Overnight guests or longer durations, family or otherwise, ok if discussed ahead of time.
