Beautiful condo available for rent starting July 1st! I lived in this apartment for over a decade and loved it (I've since moved to a larger place). It has a great layout, big bay windows looking out over K St from the 8th floor, in unit washer/dryer, and a spacious walk in closet. Flooring was put in just 3 years ago, and dishwasher was upgraded within the last 2 years to a new Bosch. Building offers front desk reception/security and is pet friendly. I'm happy to rent to a cat owner; dogs can be considered on case by case basis. The photos of the balcony show my old catio (built out of wire fencing) which is no longer there (however I still have it and am happy to re-install for any pet owners who'd like to make use of an enclosed outdoor area for their furry friend!) I don't have a parking space to offer, however the garage in the building often has spaces available for rent from other unit owners. Year+ lease preferred, but will consider shorter term summer rental on case by case basis. Water and cable included in rent. Renter pays for electric, internet, etc. Up to 2 cats welcome; dogs negotiable. No smoking in building or unit. No parking spot included with unit, however there is a garage in the building where you may be able to rent a space from another unit owner.
