Top floor has two bedrooms. Tile on the bottom floor and carpet on top floor. Granite counter top, fridge/oven and lots of closet space. Unit comes with one parking spot and garage; please verify car will fir in the parking space and/or garage. Easy freeway access and close to Cal State Long Beach and Long Beach City College. Downtown Los Angeles is 22 miles away. One small dog (30 lb limit) or cat; breed and size restrictions. $300 pet deposit and approved pet application. Onsite laundry and owner pays for water. $35 Application fee (each adult over the age of 18 needs to fill out an application); please contact us if interested in applying and to make sure the unit is still available.
