Update Sept 28th: Uploading photos today. Property looks great and cleaned. Painters come Thursday & Friday for a full interior paint. It will look great. Doing an open showing Sunday October 3 from 1-4pm. No smoking is key. UPDATE: Sept 12: Will have photos next week after some more boxes are moved out. Currently I have not taken housing vouchers in the past. Great house in a fabulous location. Backs up to a park, fenced in yard, off street garage parking as well as carport. Property will be available for move-in Oct 1. New tenant can be in discussion for interior paint colors if desired - or bedroom colors can remain. Will begin showing property the third week of Sept.
