A Security Deposit of $350 cash is required to secure the room and will be returned 15 days after your departure. There is $350/week charge, one car parking is available. WINTER RENTAL: Security Deposit required $350 cash. It is week to week lease. Small and large dogs allowed at $25.00 per week. It is a Non-Smoking facility with a parking spot for each room.
