The gorgeous Laterra pool is conveniently located in the courtyard of your building. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. While this third-floor unit has elevator access, it is not ADA statement. We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, and submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days before guests' arrival for HOA approval. For approval please go to https igolfrealty. There is a pet fee, which is $75 per pet, a maximum of 2 pets. Animals must be house-trained. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended. On the day of check-in, you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community and all drivers must be on the gate list. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero-entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities (all subject to COVID restrictions). Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your vehicle, but AJ's restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear.
