Pets must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night will be applied. Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we do allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home's suitability for their unique needs. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! 90+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Security Deposit: $500 per 30 days, capped at one month's rent. Utilities: Utilities, internet, and lawn care included (subject to a cap). Brokerage: All mid-term rentals are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Availability extends until the end of April. Lease Requirement All stays over 30 days require a signed lease brokered by Sojourn Realty. For insurance stay providers, leases are required for any length of stay. For all other guests, leases apply to stays of 90 days or more. Screening & Insurance Credit Check & Damage Insurance: Required for bookings of 30+ days. House Rules No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.
