Welcome to our SINGLE beachside haven, just 20 steps from the shore. This cozy retreat has two bedrooms, a sunroom with a convertible sofa, a living room w/ a comfy sofa, a bathroom, and an outdoor shower. This home is FURNISHED. Great for someone relocating to the area. We can also do a short term rental - 6 months to 1 year. The space You walk into the front door into the sunroom which doubles as a spare sleeping area, with a comfortable, but firm full size convertible couch. Next you head into the large living room area and open kitchen. We have one full bath, and then two bedrooms- one bedroom has a double size bed and the other two twins, one is a trundle. The trundle room is the kids room with all of the toys. We have an outdoor shower- with privacy- so you can shower there after the summer season starts mid June! The place is quaint and clean! Fenced in yard and a parking pad. Perfect for families. No smoking on property vaping allowed outside. Pets are allowed, but if you leave them in the home they must be crated. Guest access You can use everything but the attic and the basement, however, I do store certain items down there and if you have to access- just text me first. It's Super crowded with lots of stuff, but you can always ask and I'll direct you. Please use the public beach access to the right down the alley. Other things to note We live in this home all year, it isn't perfect, I have a toddler enough said right? This home is kid friendly, baby proofed and perfect for someone who wants single floor living. I have a pack and play, walker, high chair, a play pen that is huge but you would need to request that. We have a basic rear facing car seat and booster seat for those who need it. Please request any of these items for your stay! Anything in the drawers or cabinets is yours to use. This place will come with plenty of spices and oil, vinegar, baking needs, etc. any of my dry unopened goods are yours to use. There is a washer/dryer onsite but it is an all in one steamer and only takes very small loads. Once you start it - it will not open until the cycle is over. We are near the Boston airport, so it can be noisy at times, but very cool to watch the planes land from Coughlin park which is 1.5 blocks away. This park has tennis, basketball and hockey available. Pickle ball too! All pets must be crated when left home alone. Water, Sewer & Garbage included - tenant pays for heat, electricity and wifi
