Utilities: Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities, including but not limited to gas, electricity, water, sewer, and trash. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the unit and within designated non-smoking areas of the property. Security Deposit: The security deposit may be used to cover unpaid utilities, repair or replacement of missing or damaged property, and costs required to restore the unit to its original move-in condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Occupancy: Only individuals listed on the lease may reside in the unit. Long-term guests are not permitted without prior written approval from the landlord.
