Great rental history. Main floor tenant splits 50/50 gas and electric with owner per lease. Upper tenant has been there over 17 years. Owner has always split the upstairs unit, (renting bedrooms and tenants share kitchen). But probably would be best to just rent the entire unit as one. Coin laundry in basement (seller just installed) so don't really know the income. Unit #1 was all freshly painted in June 2016. Hardwood floors in living room and bedroom.
