I currently reside at the Sheldon Apartments at 958 Delaware Ave. Due to unforseen circumstances I need to terminate my lease. The company gave me the option of finding a replacement tenate to avoid having to pay the remainder of my lease which goes until March of 2016. I am looking for someone to move in ASAP. The unit is a one bedroom. It has a living area, dinning room (that I use as an office), small kitchen, bedroom with bathroom attached. The closet in the bedroom is a decent sized walk-in and there is also one more storage closet in the dinning room area which is also a good size. The building accepts pets for an additional $25 a month pet charge. Rent is $ and includes heat. You would be responsible for cooking gas and electric. My utility bills are cheap usually ranging between $15-$25. There are laundry units located on the first floor of my building. There are parking spots/garages available at an extra cost otherwise parking is on the street.
