We are asking $950 per month which includes U.I., WI-FI, Heating and cooling, laundry on site and off street parking. We are a 2-3 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute drive to I95. Each room is fully furnished with flatscreen TV's, queen size bed, memory foam mattress and a mini fridge. The property was totally remodeled including, video surveillance. We also have the house professionally cleaned each week. Each exterior door has a electronic keypad and automatic closers. Credit checks will be done on each potential renter. Owner pays all utilities
