We have a beautiful home with a kitchen, living room, backyard and patio to share available. The room can come furnished if needed. All Locks are coded entry. Does have furniture now but can be relocated if not needed. All utilities are included, high speed wireless to laundry facilities on property, access to the kitchen light cooking prfered and parking out front. We have a full security system in and out but live in a very nice neighborhood with low reported crime. The bathroom is shared with one female. We have two small dogs. looking for a conservative roommate who respects the quiet enjoyment of others. I can be comfortable with a queit or a upbeat personality and any kind of personality in between. All of us are very clean and respectful of others. Kitchen is full of appliances to use. Own fridge and microwave is provided. All fees are included on the rent. Alot of street parking, easy to get along with. Room will come with own fridge, microwave and toaster and tv. Room is fully furnished.
