Walking distance to walmart, chick-fil-a, panera bread, fresh world, etc. Beautiful apartment, haven't had a single problem since moving in. I'm just moving to Florida due to some family problems and I need to find someone to take over the lease. Washer and dryer are also in-unit, and the parking is located right out front, the spaces are not reserved, so it's very easy to find parking. Big windows that allow plenty of sun! The rent is $1,415 plus utilities. I am looking to transfer the lease ASAP, so anyone who is interested please let me know and we can get you into your new apartment from next week.
