Two bedrooms with private bath are available for rent. One is on the first floor and one is on second floor. Each bedroom comes with it's own bathroom. We are looking for clean, quiet, respectful FEMALE working professionals/students to rent two beautiful rooms in a newly built townhouse. Rooms can be furnished upon request for extra. Kitchen and dinning room are shared with other housemates. Street parking is available. VTA station is within one minute walk. It is located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to freeway 680, Costco, Target, SJSU and Sprouts and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Rent is $1950 per month with all utilities included. One year lease is preferred. Short term 3 months temp for summer is possible/negotiable. No smoking, no pets, no illegal drugs, no excessive alcohol and overnight guests are allowed inside the house.
