Building is less than one block from Santarpio's Pizza, walking distance (about 5 minutes) the the Maverick T Station, Shaws, CVS, Dunkin Donuts and just about anything you need. Parking is street parking but generally very easy to find a spot no matter what time of day. Landlord is very prompt with requests and keeps the common spaces of the building clean and well maintained. NO BROKER FEE & 2 weeks in November free!
