The condo is in good condition. Has garbage dumper which takes care of on monday. The condominium also has indoor pool and secure parking which is locked by gate. This condo is very quiet and not bothered by neighbors. Also has a gym and laundromat. Secured front doors that require locks. I am lenient and will not require a security deposit but I ask for the 2000 up front and after that we can go month for month.
