I'm looking for a female in her mid-late twenties to take over my roommates lease in a 2 bed 2 bath in Beacon Hill starting probably May 1st, 2025. Rent is $1,700 plus utilities (50-70 ish for electricity and 65 for wifi though depends what wifi we get as its under the person who is moving out's name). This will be a lease take over, that ends on August 31st with an option to renew for another year. I'm looking for someone looking to renew the lease for September 2026 for another year. Additionally there will be a one time fee for a background check conducted by my landlord. A little about the apartment: It's a quaint 2 bed 2 bath apartment in beacon hill only a minutes walk to the Charles MGH Redline T Stop. The room has an attached bathroom while the second bathroom is attached to the living room. There is a laundromat (no laundry in unit but this is literally next door), CVS and grocery store right next door and it is conveniently located next to the Charles River Esplanade. There is residential street parking as well if needed. Roommate: The roommate, Kirsten, is a tech consultant in her late twenties who works from home. She keeps common spaces clean and tidy and would want someone who would do the same. She is laid back and as long as everyone is respectful of each others space and things everything should be fine. She drinks occasionally, but is not okay with any smoking in the apartment. Additionally, there are no pets allowed in the apartment. Looking for someone who wants to be friends with their roommate. There is a dishwasher. There is no washer/drier, but there is a laundromat literally next door. The apartment is on the ground floor so there are no stairs to climb. most of the apartment would be furnished except the bedroom for rent, although the items might be for sale heat and hot water included first and last months rent due at signing there is a one time application fee to run a background check no smoking allowed no pets
