Excellent home on beautiful lot in great west end location. We have completed some fresh interior painting, installed the stainless steel appliances, new flooring in kitchen and baths. We also have installed beautiful new fixtures and a couple of new fans. The yard and exterior are ready to go. I had the windows painted. This house is priced well below assessment. I want to sell it and close as soon as we can. I believe this is a fantastic buy. Although no known issues with the chimney, flues and features of the fireplace and chimney are sold as is.
