It's exact build date is unknown but it was between 1950-1952 bought in 1953 by my family, now third generation owned! It is currently still under remodeled due to financial issues, though is livable as is, was recently occupied by a renting family member! It is a brick home w/ wooden floors full basement small kitchen, an attic, a wonderful family home! Once renovated, cold be worth over 100,000! It dose need a lot of work but would be worth it to restore! I no longer have the means to restore which is why i wish to sell it to someone whom can restore it to it full potential!
