Hello, We are a group house with three rooms (three tenants). The room pictured will be available starting at the August 1st and will share a newly renovated (3 years old) bathroom with one other person. Room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. First sets of pictures are of the same room with different furniture layouts. Both other tenants are in their 30s. One is a professional in her early 30s with a cat and the other is a law student (m) with two dogs. You would share the bathroom with the male law student. We are looking for a mature, responsible professional or grad student. We are not open to any other cats and may be open to a dog if it gets along with the other animals. The backyard is lovely with two decks, a grill, a fire pit, solar lights, and hanging lights and 5 garden beds you are free to use. It also boasts Apple, pear, plum, and peach trees, blueberry, raspberry bushes and A grape vine! Also a large variety of medicinal plants and herbs! LGBTQ+ friendly. House is wheelchair accessible. We are looking for someone easy going and like minded. We normally keep to ourselves throughout the week. House is located walking distance to Greenbelt Metro Station (green/yellow), MARC train, MOMs grocery store. Biking distance to many trails, UMD campus, and three breweries. 5 minute drive to UMD and shuttles come frequently from the neighborhood. The room: 10x10 feet with one closets. Bathroom shared with one other person. Street parking available. $850 plus utilities $50-$150/month depending on usage. EV vehicles welcome and charging is available.
