Plan to indulge yourself in real down comforters, 100% cotton sheets, hand picked feather and gel pillows and luxury bath towels. A sun filled master bedroom is outfitted with a private patio, a king bed and a queen futon sleeper sofa. Slip into the master bedrooms luxurious en suite bathroom and into your very own soaker tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the additional 2 bedrooms have full/twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom has a bathtub for easy kid bath time! Step into the manicured, meticulously designed family outdoor space. This space was planned for real family time, a sectional sofa, fire pit, gas grill, dining table and a play set offering plenty of fun for the kiddos round out this vacation home. Your time here may be short, but the need for an elevated beach vacation remains. Welcome to Baycation. Please Read - Landscaping is schedule for Monday - Wednesday in Norfolk. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in. Every Sojourn home is thoughtfully curated to deliver a seamless, high-end experience: round-the-clock support via text, email, or phone artisanal coffee, plush towels, and premium bath essentials effortless self check-in fully appointed kitchens luxurious linens and ultra-fast WiFi. For stays between 180 - 364 days, there is a security deposit in the amount of half of the monthly rent, which is due at time of lease signing. For stays 365 days or more, there is a security deposit in the amount of one full month of rent, which is due at time of lease signing. There is a non-refundable, $45 Rental Application. Dogs are welcome for a one time, non refundable deposit of $450 per pet. No cats. ESA and service animals are welcome with the appropriate documentation. All utilities are included.
