The landlord will provide basic furniture including a one-year-old queen size bed, and office furniture. You will share a $2.0 million, 7,000 square feet mansion with the landlord and at most two more persons. The suite you will move into is located on the first floor. This room has its private entrance. You will be the only person living on the first floor. Two persons including myself live on the second floor and one person lives in the basement. The house is sitting on 2+ acres lot and very quiet and private. The house is about 5 minutes' drive to Tyson' corner and Train stations. You will pay your share of utilities around $150-200/month. Landlord will pay for 1 GB shared Wi-Fi and garbage collection fees). $1,300/month is for the master bedroom suite only. The tenant will pay additional modest amount for the study room. The tent will pay monthly rent plus your share of utilities. The landlord will pay for WIFI and garbage collection.
