THE GOOD: Super cute Victorian built in 1881. Brand new front sunny front deck with custom table and bench (which was built after the first picture was taken). Very private, secure, fully enclosed, shady and large side yard (probably around 800 square feet). (And the side door has a locking cat/dog door). Gardener included in rent. (Twice a month ish). None of the bedrooms share a wall, always a nice perk. 1-2 tandem parking spots (depending on length of cars). Unit stays cool in the summer And for a bottom floor apartment it's quite charming and has good light + cozy and cute. (Or at least I think so). The vintage Wedgewood range is really nice. Upstairs tenants are very sweet. Decent amount of storage space including a covered area under the stairs (with hooks for bikes and a padlock) and the laundry room. ADT home security system and front door camera. THE BAD: Heat is limited to a wall heater. It's never been an issue for any past tenants but if you're moving here from Phoenix it might be a little chilly in the winter. The bathroom is large but it used to be one of those ADA compliant bathrooms so it has those somewhat unappealing metal grips to get into the tub. No dishwasher. But it does have a nice new humongous fridge and a garbage disposal. Other details: Shared laundry with top unit (2 unit building). Pictures are from the staging from last year, the apartment does not come furnished. Bedroom pictured is the one in the top left corner of the layout, next to the laundry room. Recently painted and crown molding installed. Landlord also pays for garbage. Gas, electric and water is paid by tenant. water bill is split with upstairs tenant. (dependent on number of tenants approx 1/3 -1/2 paid by downstairs).
