The apartment is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with new appliances and comes with a washer and dryer in the unit. It is also on second floor with vaulted ceilings, all wood floors, and a balcony. There will be one roommate who is a student at UNCC and also quiet and respectful. The rent is $440 which is all inclusive including high speed internet, cable, water, and electric! I am looking to switch my lease for next school year over so if anyone is looking for a nice apartment that is cheaper than everywhere else around campus, and is within walking distance, please respond in an email.
