My boyfriend and I are moving to Asheville and need to be out of our apartment in early February. Unfortunately our lease lasts until July 1 so we are looking for someone to take over the lease. Whoever takes over the lease would be able to renew with the office or go month to month at the end of the term. We've already paid rent for February, so all you would need to move in would be the application/security deposit + pet fees if you have a pet. Water is paid with the rent, electric is billed separately. The apartment is beautiful, quiet and private. If it weren't for the job, we wouldn't be moving. It's a 3rd floor apartment with a balcony off the back. Tons of storage including a large storage unit right next to the entrance. Close proximity to the grocery store and basically anything else you could ever need. Upon approval for the apartment, we will write you a check for 400 dollars. Reducing monthly rent to $1122.
